 The Virtua Group strongly supports philanthropy and has committed to supporting several non-profit organizations in its community. Many of our staff personally volunteer time and personal funds to the mission of these noble causes. Employee Giving, Volunteering, & Involvement Many of our employees volunteer their time and personal funds to help those less privileged. They also serve on advisory boards for many of these organizations. To see how our employees are helping others locally and abroad, check out the organizations listed below: Royal Family Kids Camp (RFKC) RFKC is a camp for abused and neglected children. It’s mission is to create positive memories for abused and neglected children ages 7-11, in a one-week camp experience. For more information, please look at their overview www.rfkc.org Galliana, Mexico Annual mission teams help out the local villages of Galliana by providing vacation bible school for the children and construction help with homes, churches, and schools. Vietnam Mission teams work with non-profits ranging from medical teams to summer camps in impoverished country of Vietnam. They currently contribute funds and time towards organizations that support orphans, leper colonies, and aids clinics throughout the country. Local Support Employees also contribute time to the local Homeless Shelter, Rescue Mission, & Salvation Army throughout the year. Virtua Group’s Triathlon Team The Virtua Group executive management stresses overall work-life balance. Individual members of our team compete in triathlon events both locally and nationally, contributing to Virtua’s culture of the balanced life.
